Learning Spaces Designed to Inspire Curiosity, Creativity, and Achievement
Thoughtfully designed, age-appropriate learning spaces have been shown to promote student engagement, enhance learning and promote positive school culture. Inventionland Education creates visually exciting theme-based learning environments by renovating tired or dated spaces, or through support within new construction initiatives.
School and district leaders, as well as architects, designers and distributors, can chart a new direction through spaces specifically designed to enhance creative thought, classroom collaboration, and project-focused learning.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn how one district settled on thoughtfully developed age-appropriate themes.
- See how students and teachers react when the spaces they “work” in actually “work” to support teaching and learning.
- Discover how facility design impacts school culture, school pride, and community expectations.
- Determine how spaces can be reconfigured within existing buildings to create modern, inspiring spaces and how great designs can be incorporated within new construction, even after the final blueprints have been approved.
