Know an Awesome School Janitor?

Cincinnati, Ohio – Do you know an awesome school janitor? Then submit your nomination for Cintas Corporation’s (NASDAQ: CTAS) Janitor of the Year contest! There is only one week left to nominate your favorite school janitor for a chance to win a $2,500 cash prize along with $2,500 in Cintas products and services for his or her school – not to mention bragging rights.

Nominations will be accepted online at www.cintas.com/janitoroftheyear and via e-mail at [email protected] through March 9. The submissions will then be narrowed down to the top 10 finalists by a special voting panel from US Communities and Rubbermaid, which will be announced on March 23. The contest will then be open to public voting until the winner is announced in May.

“We created this contest to recognize the important work school janitors do,” said Dave Mesko, Senior Director of Marketing, Cintas Corporation. “They not only keep schools clean year-round, but also work to make them a safe and positive place for our children each day.”

Cintas’ Janitor of the Year contest is open to all elementary, middle, high school, college and university janitors who have worked at their school for at least two years. Nominations must be 1,000 words or less on why the janitor is deserving of the award and submitted by 11:59 p.m. EDT on March 9.
