Irvine Unified School District Begins Construction

Irvine Unified School District in Irvine, Ca., recently began construction on its newest school—Loma Ridge Elementary School. The new facility, the District’s 24th elementary school, will help to serve a rapidly growing student population in the region, and will sit on an 11.3 acre site.

The new Loma Ridge school will be designed with flexibility in mind, featuring versatile learning spaces, innovation and science labs, and music rooms. The new school is expected to open in August of 2019.

The AI-powered, 3D perception robotic sweeper was designed for use in large, complex cleaning environments both indoors and semi-outdoors, like parking garages and semi-open building atriums.

  • University of West Florida Opens New Laboratory Facility

    The University of West Florida recently announced that renovation work is complete on a new lab building for its campus in Pensacola, Fla., according to university news. Building 80 will serve as the home to the university’s civil engineering program and the Tyler Chase Norwood Construction Management Program.
