NACUBO Launches Consulting Service for Colleges and Universities

WASHINGTON, DC – The National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) has created a new consulting service focused on supporting higher education business, finance and administrative operations and services.

NACUBO’s approach to consulting will help institutions to grow net revenue, build capacity, identify pragmatic solutions and conduct operational assessments that focus on action and effectiveness. With a team of consultants, NACUBO is poised to deliver customized solutions in the following areas:

  • Operational assessments
  • Executive coaching and professional development
  • Data analytics
  • President and board support
  • Financial assessment and the ecosystem of higher education
  • Mergers and partnerships
  • Custom-built revenue growth

“The time is right for NACUBO to offer tailored business expertise to colleges and universities,” says NACUBO President and CEO Susan Whealler Johnston. “Our new service will put customized consulting within reach for institutions of all sizes and will help them to continue to deliver high-quality postsecondary education to students.”

The consulting service is open to all colleges and universities. Discounted pricing will be offered to NACUBO member institutions.
