Service by Medallion Receives 2023 BSCAI Cleaning for Health Award

Service by Medallion was recently selected by an independent panel of industry experts to receive the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) 2023 Cleaning for Health Award presented by ProTeam. The award highlights BSCAI building service contractors among their network of more than 1,000 member companies who adhere to the Cleaning for Health system’s policies, procedures, and training programs, according to a news release.

Service by Medallion won the award once before in 2019. “Winning this award twice takes tremendous dedication,” said Jeff Stone, ProTeam National Sales Manager. “It demonstrates Service by Medallion’s strong commitment to reducing building contaminants and minimizing environmental impacts.”

Service by Medallion was recognized with the 2023 award in part for its OPTIHEALTH program, which fosters clean and healthy indoor environments. OPTIHEALTH includes vacuum and mopping technology, sustainable and responsible cleaning products, and employee safety training.

“We are honored that the OPTIHEALTH advanced cleaning ecosystem has been recognized at the highest level in the industry,” said Roland Strick, President of Service by Medallion. “OPTIHEALTH is a proven ecosystem that has helped our customers achieve high standards of indoor environmental quality.”
