As colleges and universities slowly return to normal after the COVID-19 pandemic, Higher Education is at a bit of a crossroads. After collective loses in the billions of dollars, Higher Education administrators are faced with the task of balancing reduced budgets while reintroducing the traditional college experience for students. Meanwhile, students are clamoring for a return to a robust menu of traditional on-campus life options and services but without an accompanying tuition rate or fee hike.

While the impulse may be to dramatically reduce spending and increase fees, savvy leaders know that smarter spending is key to emerging from the pandemic with an engaged community and successful operations. One solution includes transforming the approach to auxiliary units that produces outcomes with operational efficiencies. Administrators can continue to deliver on the mission and better meet the fiscal and strategic needs of their institution by bundling and managing the operations of student life facilities such as recreation, student, performing arts, conference, and event centers through the synergies amongst these service units.

In this informative webinar, you’ll learn:

  • 4 strategic operational efficiencies that bundling can maximize.
  • How to create synergies across your auxiliary departments by optimizing these strategic drivers.
  • How one client saved over $500K by realigning the operations of their student life assets.
