Colby-Sawyer College Launches 'The Power of Infinity' Capital Campaign

NEW LONDON, NH — Colby-Sawyer College, a comprehensive college that integrates the liberal arts and sciences with professional preparation, is proud to announce the launch of their new capital campaign — The Power of Infinity.

The recent Power of Infinity capital campaign launch included a conversation with Colby-Sawyer alumnus Ethan Casson '96, chief revenue officer for the San Francisco 49'ers, and President Thomas C. Galligan Jr., as well as reflections from alumni and trustees followed by formal remarks from President Galligan. The Power of Infinity campaign captures the Colby-Sawyer philosophy that education should go much further than the classroom and demonstrates the limitless power and benefits of working together as a community.

There are five primary areas of investment for The Power of Infinity campaign, including (1) health professions, (2) business, (3) the arts, (4) always learning and (5) sustainability. These priorities reinforce the Colby-Sawyer belief that a curriculum isn’t just learned, it's lived. The Power of Infinity campaign aims to raise $60 million, which will be allocated to scholarships, campus improvements, student research funds, faculty support and more. We are thrilled by the opportunity to face this challenge head on, knowing that our community embraces our vision and is helping us make it happen.”
