Update on CBECS Data and ENERGY STAR® Score Development Process

EPA will outline the schedule for ENERGY STAR® 1-100 score development based on the 2012 Commercial Building Energy Consumption Survey data, provide a review of the types of properties covered, and a summary of new variables collected.     Goodlettsville Elementary School, part of Metro Nashville Public Schools in Nashville, Tenn., recently achieved LEED Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), according to a news release. The 81,750-square-foot school opened in 2023 and was designed by Goodwyn Mills Cawood (GMC).
