MANCHESTER, NH – Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) has signed a multi-year partnership agreement with the New England Patriots. The partnership will provide opportunities for SNHU students, including internships and guest lectures, as well as educational community outreach programs throughout the region.

As a partner with the Patriots, SNHU will support education initiatives in the community and provide new and exciting opportunities for students.

“Partnering with the Patriots and the Kraft Sports Group will provide an opportunity to enhance educational opportunities for our students and give back to the New England community,” says Paul LeBlanc, president, Southern New Hampshire University. “Our partnership will include community-based initiatives aimed at supporting youth education programs and the military, as well as internship opportunities and guest lectures for our students.”

SNHU also will work with the Patriots and the Kraft Sports Group to support and recognize members of the military. The partnership will include scholarship opportunities for military veterans, as well as tuition benefits for staff members of the Kraft Sports Group and their families.

“We look forward to working closely with Southern New Hampshire University to extend our reach in providing education opportunities for students in New England,” said Murray Kohl, vice president of corporate sales for the New England Patriots. “Both organizations are committed to improving the accessibility of education at all levels.”

About the New England Patriots
The New England Patriots are a four-time Super Bowl champion franchise in the National Football League (NFL). Founded in 1960 as the eighth and final American Football League franchise in the league’s inaugural season, the Patriots merged with the NFL in 1970 and moved to Foxborough, MA. in 1971. In 1994, Robert Kraft purchased the team and transformed it into one of the league’s elite franchises. Since Kraft’s arrival, every Patriots home game has sold out, propelling the Patriots to more overall wins, division titles, conference crowns and Super Bowl championships than any other team in the past 20 years. Since 2002, when the Patriots moved into the privately financed Gillette Stadium, the team has celebrated one of the most dominant eras in professional sports by establishing one of the greatest home-field records of all-time.

  • The Impact of School Security on Student Well-Being

One of the most fundamental human requirements, as outlined in Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, is the provision of basic needs: food, shelter, and clothing.
