“Being recognized nationally by receiving awards from TripAdvisor is a nice commendation for our dedicated staff and students,” says Tom Healey, general manager for The Keeter Center and Guest Destinations. “These awards serve as a great testament to what guests can expect when they experience College of the Ozarks, where students work for their education and graduate debt free.”

TripAdvisor
Founded in 2010, the Certificate of Excellence honors hospitality businesses that deliver consistently great service. This designation is given to establishments that have consistently achieved great traveler reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. Establishments earning the Certificate of Excellence are located all over the world.

“This recognition helps travelers identify and book properties that regularly deliver great service,” says Heather Leisman, vice president of industry marketing. “TripAdvisor is proud to play this integral role in helping travelers feel more confident in their booking decisions.”

The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.

“We are honored to receive the Certificate of Excellence Award once again from TripAdvisor,” says Valorie Coleman, public relations director. “We strive to exceed our guests’ expectations — whether they are here to learn about our campus, to dine in Dobyns Dining Room or to stay at The Keeter Center lodge.”
