VS America to Host Webinar About COVID-19 Relief Funds

VS America, a leading provider of school and office furniture solutions, will host a webinar on Wednesday, April 14, titled “Learn How to Transform Learning Spaces Using COVID-19 Relief Funds.” The Zoom discussion will probe how new classroom furniture and fixtures can help schools reconfigure their learning spaces for the COVID-19 crisis while supporting the mental and physical health of students.

The scheduled speaker is Steve Barr, Chief Financial and Operations Officer of the Oak Park School District in Oak Park, Mich. Barr was in charge of implementing flexible furniture across the entire Novi Community School District starting in 2015, and according to a press release, “he feels strongly about the positive impact that agile furniture has on teaching and learning.”

The webinar will go into further detail about how schools can use COVID-19 relief funds provided through the American Rescue Plan to create safe, flexible learning environments for students and teachers alike.
