Pfluger Architects Appoints New Chief Operating Officer

Pfluger Architects in Austin, Texas, recently announced that it has appointed business leader Lauren Paver as its new Chief Operating Officer, according to a news release. In her new role, she’ll lead operational strategies for the firm’s five locations and 130 employees in Texas. Her focus will include business performance and strategy development, brand ambassadorship, and culture design.

Pfluger specializes in educational facility planning, design, and construction administration. Paver’s passions include education, human-centered design, and collaboration, according to the press release, with the ultimate goals of creating clarity and inspiring engagement. Her previous experience includes serving as the COO for CLS Partners (acquired by Alliant Insurance Services), and she graduated from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.
