Susquehanna University Launches New Website

SELINSGROVE, PA – Susquehanna University has reached the culmination of a year-long Web development project with the launch of the university’s new website at www.susqu.edu.

The new site features a streamlined navigation, bold use of photos and video, intuitive searching, and a user-oriented, friendly tone aimed primarily at prospective students and their parents. A visually engaging content aggregator allows visitors to quickly customize their Susquehanna web experience, based on specific topics they choose.

Visitors can also expect:

  • Responsive design that adapts to desktops and mobile devices.
  • A new virtual tour that helps families experience the campus before they visit in person.

“As more and more students continue to encounter Susquehanna for the first time through our web presence, the site will dramatically enhance our ability to tell Susquehanna’s story in more compelling and engaging way,” says Angela Burrows, chief communications officer.

Susquehanna selected the full-service design agency Primacy, with offices in Farmington, CT, New York City and Boston, to lead the website redesign. With clients that include Fortune 100 and 500 companies, and colleges, universities and hospitals, Primacy has earned more than 75 industry awards since 2013.

    Stanford University in Stanford, Calif., recently announced the end of construction on a new home for its Graduate School of Education, according to a news release. The university partnered with McCarthy Building Companies on the 160,000-square-foot project, which involved two major renovations and one new construction effort.
