A new Welcome Center is being planned at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA. The project, which is a more recent addition to the Campus Master Plan, will be a central element in the university's efforts to recruit a bright and diverse student body. The building is being envisioned to include meeting spaces, offices, and hospitality spaces that will better serve the 5,000 students and families who visit the campus each year. There is also a planned courtyard and reception area.

The estimated $4 million capital project will be funded by donors.
