3M Announces New Floor Care System

3M’s Commercial Solutions Division launched a new line of products that reduces the labor and product costs associated with routine floor maintenance, according to the company. The 3M™ Advanced Floor Care System allows “users to achieve a striking, high-gloss floor appearance,” while reducing or eliminating the need for burnishing.

“Facility management teams are busier than ever ensuring their facilities are clean and safe for all who enter,” Patrick Kehoe, US & Canada Marketing Manager for 3M Chemicals, Floor Protectors, and Floor Safety products said in a press release. “That’s why we have designed a floor care system that fits seamlessly into their maintenance routine and achieves a beautiful result while also reducing maintenance costs over time.”

The system includes the 3M™ Clean & Shine Daily Floor Enhancer, the Scotch-Brite™ Clean & Shine Pads, and the Scotchgard™ Protect & Shine Floor Protector.

The Daily Floor Enhancer maintains the gloss of floors and works on both coated and uncoated floors. The Clean & Shine Pads increases the shine of the floor, removes black marks three times faster than traditional cleaning pads, and lasts longer than traditional cleaning pads. The Protect & Shine Floor Protector provides abrasion and soil resistance and reduces maintenance needs by requiring less chemical stripping.
