Spiezle Announces Staff Promotion for New Associate Principal

Spiezle Architectural Group, Inc., recently announced the promotion of Todd Waskowitz, LEED AP, to the position of Associate Principal, according to a news release.

Waskowitz is a 20-year veteran of Spiezle whose contributions include establishing the firm’s Construction Administration department and thousands of K–12 and higher education projects in the Tri-State area. He has served as a staff mentor across all levels, as well as implemented multiple initiatives to strengthen quality construction documentation within the firm. He also hosts an ongoing lecture series and Architectural Lessons of the Week (ALW), which highlight specific details, materials, or specifications to the staff at large.

“We’re incredibly proud to have Todd be part of our leadership team,” said Spiezle President and CEO Thomas S. Perrino. “I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing Todd’s professional growth at our firm. His expansive knowledge of construction will continue to connect the lessons we learn in the field with our current projects.”

As Associate Principal, Waskowitz will turn his efforts toward leading the firm in achieving ISO 9001 certification, as well as continuing to increase its documentation. He received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

“I am very excited to be promoted to Associate Principal at Spiezle,” said Waskowitz. “I look forward to more opportunities to work with internal staff to share experiences and maintain and improve Spiezle’s stellar record of on-time and on-budget projects.”
