DLR Group Announces New Higher Education Leader

Design firm DLR Group recently named a new leader for its Higher Education practice in Senior Associate Adam Post, AIA, WELL AP. Based out of the office in Lincoln, Neb., Post will work to expand relationships and opportunities with institutions of higher education in the region. He will also help the firm’s various sectors and teams collaborate toward presenting clients with the widest array of needs possible.

“DLR Group has provided me with the chance to engage in a wide array of projects, each offering a distinct scope that fosters continuous learning and evolution in tandem with our clients,” said Post. “I’m enthusiastic about extending DLR Group’s impactful design expertise to numerous higher education institutions throughout our region.”

According to a news release, Post is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and joined the DLR Group Higher Education team in 2019 as an architect. Previous projects include the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Neihardt Complex, the University of Nebraska at Kearny’s Calvin T. Ryan Library, and the University of Iowa’s Bowen Science Building. He also helped craft the master plans for South Dakota State University and Des Moines Area Community College.
