Student Housing Operator Receives Awards for Work at Five Higher Ed Institutions

Corvias Property Management recently announced that it was awarded the SatisFacts “Community Award for 2023” for its work at five colleges and universities, according to a news release. The awards are measured through annual or point-of-service surveys designed to recognize outstanding property management providers and student communities. Corvias received the award for its services at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine, College of Coastal Georgia, Purdue University, and the University of Notre Dame.

“We are thrilled to be recognized again, and at five institutions, for our on-campus housing services,” said Corvias CEO Chris Wilson. “Together with our University partners, we work to make a meaningful impact and deliver the highest level of service and value to enhance the student living experience.”

Among other criteria, award recipients must have a combined portfolio score of 4.25 out of 5. Corvias’ scores ranged from 4.48 for The Landings at Notre Dame at the University of Notre Dame to a 4.99 for the Lakeside & Mariner Villages at College of Coastal Georgia.

Corvias offers services like maintenance, landscaping, housekeeping, and more to provide an optimal student living experience. It currently partners with 15 universities and seven military installations to maintain a total of 42,000 residential units, according to the news release.
