Transforming Underused Spaces into Multipurpose Campus Assets

Date: Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 11am PT / 2pm ET

Strategic campus planning offers an opportunity for education institutions to rethink how existing spaces can work harder — serving multiple purposes, supporting evolving needs, and creating more value from assets already in place.

In this webcast, experts from ARC will share how opportunistic campus planning strategies and targeted lower-cost interventions can meet educational goals and inform decisions on renewing existing assets.

The discussion and Q+A will offer practical examples of how to transform underused areas into flexible, multipurpose spaces that support collaboration, social interaction, student life, and day-to-day functionality.
