Columbia College Celebrates Groundbreaking for New Facility

Columbia College in Columbia, MO, recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new facility. The new four-story hall is being constructed in response to a 13 percent increase in enrollment last fall.

The new facility will be multi-faceted, and will house the School of Business Administration, several classrooms, and student residence rooms on the upper floors. Construction of the new facility is beginning this spring, and has a targeted completion date of sometime in August 2019.

    Florida SouthWestern State College (FSW) in Fort Myers, Fla., recently announced that it is partnering with construction firm Skanska to renovate the school’s Humanities Hall, according to a news release.
