Grayson College Readies New Residence Hall

Grayson College New Residence HallGrayson College in Denison, TX, is in the final phases of construction for a new residence hall set to open in the coming academic year. The new hall is one of three facilities being built on the campus alongside a new student success center and an administrative facility.

The three-story hall will create an additional 99 beds for residents and increase the overall housing capacity of Grayson to 200 beds. The hall is already 82 percent booked for the coming year. Huckabee is overseeing the architectural elements of the new dormitory with Plyler Construction handling the physical/construction management duties.
