Kimball International Releases Curated Design Support Program

Commercial furnishings company Kimball International recently announced the launch of a new end-to-end design support program, DesignSuite. According to a news release, its goal is to guide architecture & design professionals and dealer partners through the process from vision to specification.

The program unites three services—Project Design, Quick Quote, and Audit—into one package. The services help clients and partners shape early concepts, validate the project’s scope and pricing, and confirm final specifications before placing the order. The streamlining removes handoffs and delays from the process, giving A&D teams and Dealer partners more momentum and greater overall clarity.

“DesignSuite brings strategic design support and rapid quoting together into one intuitive experience, meeting teams wherever they are,” said Director of Design Solutions and Digital Tools Jill Frazier. “It reflects how work progresses today, with faster timelines, higher expectations, and the need for clarity at every stage. It helps teams move from early ideas to order-ready solutions with confidence and speed.”

DesignSuite allows for a consistent delivery model across all projects, regardless of size and complexity, as well as serving as an extension of the design team. It offers transparency regarding timing, ownership, and next steps in the process for a full purview of the workflow, the news release reports.
