Chabot College Unveils Plans for Biology Building

Plans were recently unveiled for a new biology building at Chabot College in Hayward, CA. The new building will be home to teaching laboratories, a cadaver room, prep spaces, and a greenhouse. The new building will be targeting a LEED Silver certification.

Harley Ellis Devereaux is handling design for the biology building. A majority of construction for the new building is expected to be complete in fall 2019, with students officially occupying the space in January 2020.
