Purdue On-Campus Housing Operator Recognized for Exceptional Service

Student housing services provider Corvias Property Management has received a SatisFacts "Community Award for 2023" for delivering exceptional service at Purdue University. The company serves more than 1,300 residents at the university's Frieda Parker residence hall and scored nearly 4.7 out of 5.0 on a StatisFacts Insite survey, according to a news announcement. The SatisFacts Awards recognize top property management companies and communities for an outstanding resident experience.

Resident feedback from Purdue cited Corvias Property Management's quick response times, professionalism, and repair jobs done well, the announcement said.

"We are honored to work with our partners, and departments like Residence Life, to create a positive on-campus living experience. Our comprehensive approach, training, and standards enable our team to create an environment that feels like a home away from home so our student residents can focus on their academics," said Thelma Edgell, president, higher education, for Corvias.

"We understand the value that on-campus housing provides to students and Institutions alike," added Chris Wilson, chief executive officer of Corvias. "Whether it is convenience, affordability, or a sense of community, together with our university partner, we deliver high levels of service to make a meaningful impact and enhance the overall student living experience."
